The building is located on Omar Taktakishvili street (former Riga street) in Tbilisi. A major part of the building is occupied by apartments but besides residential, there's also a parking area on two underground storeys and room for offices and commercial use on the first and second floors.
The character of the building is developed by dynamic facades, that is formed by balconies overhung by diferent lengths and disarranges surfaces of the divided facade.
