The project represents a multistorey house. It is located in one of the prestigious districts of Tbilisi, near The Vake Park in #26 of I. Mosashvili Street.

The main concept represents the idea of bringing dynamics in the monotone urban area and making brutal accents. In existing surroundings, the building stands out with its form, colors, and materials as well.
The main facade faces I. Mosashvili Street. The wavy, edgy forms of balconies and perforated steel railings bring the unembellished orthogonal building into movement. It all gives peculiar character and energy not only to the building itself, but also the place.

The back facade, different from the main one,  looks more simple and undecorated.
